The Real Estate industry is seeing some differences on how we as a
a Realtor® conduct business.
Due to NAR’S practice changes that will be implemented August 17.
This is NAR’s written language:
Agents working with a buyer must enter into a written agreement before
touring a home.
What does this mean for you?
If you are now ( as of August 17 ) going to be looking for a home to rent or purchase (With a Realtor ® (which I highly recommend) I as a Realtor® will be committed to giving you a consultation, which includes mandated brochures, an explanation of my resources, and then to sign an agreement either to work as a customer or a client prior to being able to preview a home.
